Complaint
Expression of discontent or disagreement with conduct or the development of processes (Relate facts and supporting evidence).

Complaint regarding a solution/service provided or failure to respond to a request (Relate facts and evidence).
Suggestion
Expression of an idea or proposal to improve the service.
Congratulations
Expression of satisfaction or gratitude, emphasizing good work and encouraging the continuation of good practices.
